Terms of Service
By registering your school with Hallway Insights, you agree to participate in our youth consumer intelligence platform under the following terms. This agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Hallway Insights, LLC ("Company") and the registering educational institution ("School").
Program Participation
The School agrees to participate in the Hallway Insights program in good faith, which includes (a) distributing program information to enrolled students through appropriate school channels, (b) designating a primary administrative contact to coordinate with Hallway Insights staff, and (c) obtaining any required parental consent forms as provided by the Company prior to student participation.
Revenue Share & Fundraising
Hallway Insights will remit to the School a revenue share of 90% of all survey participation fees earned by students enrolled under that School's account. Revenue is calculated monthly and disbursed by the 15th business day of the following month. The Company retains a 10% platform and administration fee. Fundraising goals set during registration are targets only and do not constitute a guarantee of earnings.
FERPA & Student Data
The Company does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) of students as defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g. Student participation is anonymous from the perspective of both the Company and participating businesses. Schools remain solely responsible for complying with applicable federal and state student privacy laws in their administration of the program.
Data Use & Privacy
Information submitted during this registration—including school name, location, contact name, email, and phone number—will be used solely to administer your school's account and facilitate platform communications. We will not sell or share your contact information with third parties outside of service providers necessary to operate the platform.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Hallway Insights immediately at support@hallwayinsights.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any earned but unpaid revenue will be disbursed to the School within 60 days. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any school account for violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hallway Insights, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the platform. The Company's total liability to the School for any claim shall not exceed the total revenue disbursed to the School in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable state, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
